3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your account. Provide accurate information during registration.

4. User Responsibilities

Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform. Do not upload harmful or offensive content.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: AI-generated feedback may contain errors or inaccuracies. Feedback is for practice purposes only and does not guarantee MBA admission outcomes. Use your own judgment when interpreting AI feedback.

6. Video and Audio Recording

By using the Service, you consent to recording of your video and audio responses, storage of these recordings, and processing by AI systems to generate feedback. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and features of the Service are owned by PrepGenie. You retain ownership of your video responses but grant us a license to use them to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
